I just want to congratulate our students that received the Online Successful Learner Certificates: Arniekay , Emma , Josh and Katerine. They have been working hard this week and have been attending all of the meetings. Thank you for all of the hard work this week Room 12. I am very proud of the work you have done. Here is some of our work for Day 2 and 3 during our Online Distance learning journey. We still have a few days to finish off all of the work for the week. How is your week been going with Online Distance Learning ?

We had a busy day on our first day and we finished some of our activities on Day one. We still have the whole week to finish of the activities. Our daily routine for the day would be: 

You only need to:

• Read 1 book each day
• Retell the book on Flipgrid
• 20 minutes of Epic or read a book from home
• Do 30 minutes of writing each day. If you don't finish your writing you can finish it tomorrow.
• Do 1 maths tasks each day
• Play Matific for 20 minutes
• Do 3 Create tasks for the whole week!
• Watch 2 Reading Clinics
• Watch 1 Maths Clinic
• Watch 1 Writing Clinic

Buddy reading with room 16 !!!

Shared reading with the juniors.

We had a small change in our Friday schedule in the morning block , while we would usually do some reading we are doing some shared reading with Room 16. Helping the juniors doing some reading and we are improving in our reading while we are doing it. It is a fun experience on a Friday , it is very fun to blow off some steam and not following the usual routine like we do every day.
