Soccer is FUN!
We had our Soccer Taster yesterday and we loved kicking some balls around. We had some amazing and skilled coaches that taught us the basics and we managed to play a game and had a few laughs.

Inquiry - Marketing is our topic
Room 12 had a chance to be the teacher for a while
Room 12 discussed a few topics that has got to do with businesses, marketing , cards and money. There were four groups and each group got a pictures to discuss in their group. One group had a picture of cards , the others had pictures of money , a business and a market. Each student had a chance to write a short sentence of what they know about the picture.
After each student contributed to the group , the whole group presented to the rest of the class and each group member had a turn to share one fact about the picture. The students really enjoyed this way of teaching. What do you think of this teaching strategy ?

Term 3
Welcome back Room 12
I am so happy to have you back in the classroom. We have a lot to do this term and we have a lot of exciting activities that will take place in Term 3. We have the online craft market coming up , if you would like to share some of your ideas you are welcome. For Inquiry this term we will be focusing on 'Moola' , marketing and being an entrepreneur. We will follow our normal routine for reading , writing and maths. I hope you are just as excited for term 3 as I am. What are you looking forward to this term ?
